अमेरिका के शेयर बाजार से चीन की तीन प्रमुख तीन कंपनियों को बाहर किया जाएगा। यानी शेयर बाजार से इनके शेयरों को डीलिस्ट कर दिया जाएगा। न्यूयॉर्क स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (NYSE) के मुताबिक चाइना मोबाइल लिमिटेड, चाइना टेलीकॉम कॉर्पोरेशन, चाइना यूनिकॉम हॉन्गकॉन्ग लिमिटेड के संबंध चाइनीज आर्मी के साथ पाए गए हैं।
एक्सचेंज से सस्पेंड होंगे टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के शेयर
एक्सचेंज के मुताबिक इन कंपनियों के शेयरों की ट्रेडिंग 7 से 11 जनवरी के दौरान सस्पेंड रहेगी। इसके साथ ही डीलिस्टिंग की प्रक्रिया भी शुरू की जाएगी। बता दें कि इन कंपनियों में सितंबर से पहले सबसे बड़ी शेयर होल्डिंग अमेरिकी फंड मैनेजर्स की रही। इनमें रेनेसां टेक्नोलॉजी, डाइमेंशनल फंड एडवाइजर और टू सिग्मा इन्वेस्टमेंट शामिल हैं। लेकिन सितंबर में इन फंड मैनेजर्स ने चाइना की तीनों कंपनियों में अपनी हिस्सेदारी कम कर दी।
अमेरिका-चीन तनाव का असर
ब्लूमबर्ग के मुताबिक अमेरिकी शेयर बाजार से चीन की कंपनियों की डीलिस्टिंग से इन कंपनियों पर ज्यादा प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा। क्योंकि ये कंपनियां हॉन्गकॉन्ग के शेयर बाजार में अलग से लिस्ट हैं और इनका रेवेन्यू चीन से आता है। US में शेयरों की लिस्टिंग के अलावा इन कंपनियों की उपस्थिति न के बराबर है। इसके अलावा न्यूयॉर्क स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर शेयरों की कीमत भी हॉन्गकॉन्ग की तुलना में कमजोर है। लेकिन अमेरिका का यह कदम उसके और चीन के बीच खटास को दिखाता है।
2020 में चीन की कंपनियों पर ट्रम्प प्रशासन की सख्ती
2020 के नवंबर में डोनाल्ड ट्रंप प्रशासन ने एक आदेश को मंजूरी दी थी, जिसके तहत अमेरिकी निवेशकों को चीनी सेना से संबंध रखने वाली कंपनियों में निवेश बंद करना था। पेंटागन द्वारा प्रतिबंधित शेयरों में अमेरिकी निवेशकों के ट्रेड करने पर भी रोक लगा दी गई थी। इसके जवाब में चीन ने भी कई अमेरिकी कंपनियों को अपनी ब्लैक लिस्ट में शामिल किया। अमेरिका द्वारा चीन पर 2020 में अन्य कार्रवाई-

- US ने दिसंबर में चीन की हुवावे टेक्नोलॉजी कॉर्पोरेशन द्वारा बनाए गए उपकरणों को हटाने का आदेश जारी किया
आधिकारिक आदेश के बाद इन कंपनियों के शेयरों को न्यूयॉर्क एक्सचेंज के साथ-साथ ग्लोबल इंडेक्स से भी बाहर किया जाएगा। इसमें MSCI, डाओ जोंस ग्लोबल इंडेक्स और FTSE रशेल शामिल हैं। बता दें कि चीन की कंपनियां बीत एक दशक के दौरान दुनियाभर के बाजारों में लिस्टिंग से पैसा जुटाती रही है। इसमें अमेरिकी एक्सचेंज NYSE और नैस्डैक शामिल हैं। इसमें इंटरनेट सेक्टर की कंपनियां जिसमें अलीबाबा ग्रुप होल्डिंग्स, JD डॉट कॉम शामिल हैं।

The company had sold 1,33,296 units in December last year, Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) said in a statement.
